ApplyFYI is a job digest service for mid-career professionals. You follow companies you want to work at, and we send you a daily email whenever any of them post a new role in your job function — Product Management, Engineering, or Design.
How does ApplyFYI work?
Sign in with Google, follow the companies you care about, and set your job function and seniority preferences. ApplyFYI monitors company job boards daily and emails you a digest of new openings that match your filters. You apply directly on the company's site — there's no middleman.
Is ApplyFYI free?
Yes, ApplyFYI is completely free. There are no paid tiers, no trial periods, and no credit card required.
What job functions does ApplyFYI cover?
ApplyFYI currently covers three job functions: Product Management, Engineering (Software Engineering, Data Engineering, etc.), and Design (UX, Product Design, etc.). You can filter by any combination.

How is ApplyFYI different from LinkedIn job alerts?
LinkedIn job alerts search across all job postings indexed by LinkedIn, which creates a lot of noise from staffing firms, duplicates, and poorly labeled roles. ApplyFYI pulls directly from company job boards, so you only see first-party postings. You also get a clean daily digest organized by company instead of a stream of individual notifications.
How often are job digests sent?
Digests are sent once per day, in the morning. You only receive an email on days when one or more of your followed companies has posted a new role matching your filters — so there's no noise on quiet days.
Can I filter by seniority level?
Yes. You can set a seniority preference (Junior, Mid-level, Senior, Staff, Principal, or Director+) and ApplyFYI will filter roles accordingly. The filter works on both job title signals and explicit years-of-experience requirements when listed.
Can I unsubscribe at any time?
Yes. Every digest email includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also adjust or pause notifications from your account settings.
How do I add more companies to follow?
Visit the Companies page at applyfyi.com/companies. Browse or search for companies and click Follow. Your digest will include new roles from all followed companies starting the next day.
